Going from idea to real product

As an avid hunter, Inventor Mark recognized and has successfully fulfilled the universal need for a wild game gambrel that would allow hunters to skin and clean without damaging tendons or bones, which is what happens with existing models. Mark's gambrel is adjustable to almost any game animal in North America. And it weighs only 10 ounces.

"One of the greatest advantages of the invention's design is that it allows for the spine to be cut loose from the rear hams so that one ham can be easily removed at a time," says Mark. The universal gambrel is also great for weighing the game, or just hanging your food stuffs safely out of the way from wildlife when camping or backpacking.
