Fed up with baby bibs that never came clean, Inventor Melanie, a first-time mom, found herself going through roll after roll of paper towels each week. "I wanted a more convenient and sanitary alternative to cloth bibs."

Working in her kitchen with an X-Acto knife, Melanie experimented with different patterns and eventually came up with PIBS. This, and subsequent inventions, are now sold internationally in variety and grocery stores.
