Be sure to ask any company that offers you a Patent Search if they are indeed using a licensed Patent Practitioner.

It is standard operating procedure at InventSAI for every client to receive a Statement of Feasibility, signed and certified by our Professional Engineer, before filing a patent or submitting an invention idea to market. It is important to note that only Registered Professional Engineers can legally provide an engineering opinion. They are regulated by the state and represent a small percentage of all the engineers working in the field.
