InventSAI employs Montgomery Patent & Design’s outstanding technical staff to help our inventor clients. Leading the staff is a Registered Professional Engineer with other degreed Engineers available to assist our clients with mechanical, chemical, electrical, software and design elements. We also have a Chemist on staff, as well as one of the finest patent draftsmen.
In one way or another, most every client will need technical help. After all, if it doesn't work, there is no invention. It's very important that the invention can be produced cost-effectively; therefore, component sourcing and virtual prototyping are often vitally important to our inventors.
Further, it's standard operating procedure at SAI for every client to receive a Statement of Feasibility, signed and certified by our Professional Engineer, before filing a patent or submitting an invention idea to market. It is important to note that only Registered Professional Engineers can legally provide an engineering opinion. They are regulated by the state and represent a small percentage of all the engineers working in the field.
